Honoring our Heroes Flag Program

(Round 2)

We invite individuals, groups, companies, etc. to sponsor a flag honoring the veteran of your choice.

This round of flags will hang along Business route 30, starting at Plaza Drive. They will hang every year from the week of Memorial Day through Veterans’ Day.

Instructions:

Step 1: Download and print the application HERE.

Step 2: Fill out form in its entirety (incomplete or illegible applications will not be accepted)

Step 3: Please make checks/money orders payable to DVMF and mail with application to DVMF, PO Box 4, Downingtown, PA 19335.

Step 4: Email veteran’s photo to: DVMF2022@gmail.com Make your hero’s name the subject of the email!

Once we receive the application, check/money order and photograph, we will send a confirmation via email.

* please provide ONLY one email, check, and application per Veteran
